Do you support my browser?

We test the site using Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari, but all browsers are different so if you experience any problems let us know. Users of versions of Internet Explorer other than IE7 or IE8 may experience some formatting issues, if so we recommend downloading and installing Internet Explorer 8 (IE8).

Why do pages take some time to load?

At Joanna's Wardrobe we believe you need to see our products as clearly as possible before you buy. This means many of our pictures are high resolution and because of that they take longer to load than the lower resolution pictures used on some sites.

Generally load times will only be slower the first time you load a page, if you use the "Refresh" button on your browser or if we have changed something on the page.

Why do you sometimes choose colours and sizes for me?

We want to make Joanna's Wardrobe really easy and friendly to use, and one of the things we find the most irritating about other sites is that we have to click on selections even when there IS only one selection.

So when there is only one choice of colour and/or size for an item on a Product Details page we will automatically select it so that you don't have to go to the trouble yourself. Obviously you still have to decide whether to add it to your cart...

Also, if you're a Member and you've given us your sizing details we'll make the appropriate sizing selection for you. You'll still be able to change it if you want to.

Why do I sometimes get logged off and my cart empties?

For security and privacy reasons we automatically log you off after a few minutes of inactivity, and when you're logged off your cart empties. That's the price you pay for security!
